Owners Pre-Inspection Program - This inspection, conducted for the seller, helps reduce deal breakers by getting the inspection before the home goes into contract or on the market. 

Same Day Inspection Report - Goodspeed Inspection Services knows that turn around time for inspection reports is of the utmost importance.  We have developed our computerized Inspection Report over the last eight years and thousands of inspections to convey a tremendous amount of information in a short period of time in a non-alarming manner. The reports will be emailed or faxed directly to you and any other parties that you wish.

"Supra Active key" Equipped - Our inspectors carry "'Supra Active Keys" for you and your agents convenience.  We know that it isn't always easy for your agent to be at more than one place a time, now we can take care of one of those places by opening the property for inspection.

Full Time Office Staff  - Our office is staffed full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Our Inspectors conduct inspections Monday through Saturday.
