In ten years of conducting inspection I have seen a lot of things that people have done to houses.  Unfortuanatly, I did have a digital camera until the last five years or so.  So these are from the last five years or so.  All of the photos contained in these pages are things that I have found during inspections.  You just never know when or where these type of defects will be found.  These are not the norm, but they are real.
